RE: Yes, I read platinum isaetnd. my bad. The point I was trying to make was people spend so much money buying stuff and then complaining they don't have money left for basics of life like home, food and child support. I have seen medical assistant in my wife's office with expensive designer bags, iPhones, and other overpriced stuff and yet they continue complaining that they can't afford a house. Given houses were expensive in the past few years but with this kind of consumerism they will never be able to afford a house of their own. Here comes the point of forced savings plan by buying the right house for the right money and keeping it for a long time. So, why would you buy a house now knowing that it will go down in value even if you buy a small house. With rents coming down the way they are, won't you be able to find a better rental for what you want to buy now?I am confused by this though. Rate this comment: 0 0

RE: Scotsman You are right on the mark. Who cares about the debt horleds? But in order not to make them angry you have to kind of make a sell pitch to the old debt horleds. For example you can say that in order to stabilize the world economy which is also in the interest of the old debt horleds you will be issuing new papers. This should not be a big deal because monetary base is smaller now compared to 2 years ago. And you have to smile a lot and pat people on the back. Tell them that we are rolling hard and the old debt horleds will witness remarkable history etc. And then you are right. You get rid of debt by printing or defaulting. And then you go for a hike a relax. You tell people to take on more debt ASAP so the economy starts moving again. The problem is if old debt horleds smell something rotten going on. So in order to prevent this you print cash in chunks. So people kind of get used to the printing schedule. You should not do too many things at one time. And you just hike and relax. That is if you live in the NW. In DC you go for a walk to the park or maybe you try to relax on the beach somewhere. I think the solutions do not have to be so painful. Scotsman tell me if I am completely wrong here. I think this is what the current administration wants to do anyways. Rate this comment: 0 0

Internet is written with the capital letter in a sentence, by the way. And hundredths are written not with a point but with a comma. This is according to the standard. And actually everything is very good..!!

Informative, but not convincing. Something is missing but what I can not understand. But I will say frankly: bright and benevolent thoughts!....
