My nephew has this diaesse, and his nose looks just like that. The first ENT he went to basically accused him of using cocaine too much. They they did the surgery to repair the damage and found all the signs of this diaesse. It has it's ups and downs, including causing nerve damage in the eyes and ears that can cause blindness and deafness. It can also damage kidneys. Luckily he's responded well to the drug therapy; unluckily, the drugs are powerful stuff.

Well, not sure about the solo-orgasming thing. But I would absolutely love to meet soemone I can just spend quiet time with and not feel like I have to perform or impress. That is so boring to me. I yam what I yam and I find it pretentious to promote myself. I'd like to have a community, preferably on the internet that understand the art of the deep conversation which is so enriching to me, but would understand if either of us has had enough of talking and needed to recharge. I am VERY interested in this. Most introverts are listeners. I've always stayed somewhat in the background because I find out so much more listening than talking. Talking, I'm just repeating what I already know. Listening brings a wealth of information about who this person is, what they really feel and can break down and analyze the personality. I find this so intriguing that at times I will sit in a restaurant and just listen to soemone behind me, enthralled at what they say, learning things, understanding.I despise taking credit for anything. That means I have to take credit and be in the limelight. NO, no, no. Give me credit, but let me be in the back row. I don't like to toot my own horn. Most horns I've heard tooting are much too loud and annoying. Annonymous is more my style, and then just walk away smiling, content.

I am very interested in the nepotpeuride oxytocin we were discussing in class. The whole relationship between oxytocin and bonding being examined is interesting.I come from a large family for todays standards. I am one of seven childrens. 3 of my siblings are biological and 3 of them are adopted. There is a a definite blend in my family but still distinct difference. I am constantly questioning whether genetic children are still preferred over adopted children. My family seems to support kin preservation where the family members gentically related are more favored and supported. We are definitely more connected and protective to anyone we share genetics with.I do have to state that the three adopted were not adopted as babies so they did not get the bonding with my parents like the biological siblings. The youngest one we adopted is more bonded with the family. We got her at age 4 compared to age 8 and 9. Even at that age there was some kind of bonding that made her more part of the family than the other two. She was also developmentally delayed so she acted more like a 2 year old so bonding may have been easier because of this.Honestly the 2 latter children are the free loaders in the bird example. They don't really contribute to the family but just expect to be given stuff. My parents are like the saints taking care of them and trying to help them no matter what.I am curious what age is cutoff to bonding and if it something related to oxytocin. I know the body for mother doesn't got through pregnancy- birth phases when adopting. The bonding seems less natural this way. Adoption seems like more of a struggle and picking right time frame in child's development. Probably any adoption when child is still baby would be preferred. Would there be beneficial to trying to fool the body when adopting that they just had a baby? I know birth control fools the body to thinking it is pregnant so the person doesn't actually become pregnant. Could this help with bonding? Is there any hope to bonding with children that are outside the window of bonding age?

RE: Oil was killing us about the time this dotnuwrn started. Every dollar spent on gas is a dollar not spent on something else, and also I think it might mess with the GDP numbers too. The spike in the cost of fuel was the spark that clearly put us in a deflationary pattern, in my opinion. There were all kinds of inflation claims running around at the time, but since we are talking about the price of a basic commodity, the only type of inflation we need to consider is cost-push. As the cost of fuel was going up, who was able to demand an increase in rates?1. Transportation? The transportation industry was probably most impacted, yet airlines and trucking companies raised rates very little. Fuel Surcharges were put in place on some trucking services, but the surcharge was quite small relative to the added cost. Airlines were not increasing rates. Pizza Delivery persons weren't making more if anything less.2. Workers? No. There was not a better opportunity closer, nor could over-leveraged workers demand much from employers, who weren't listening anyway.3. Gas and Oil made a lot of money. In part this was from the accounting costing principles. We can also look at this from a monetary policy perspective. There was this giant sucking sound of dollars leaving the country to what many consider to be terrorist friendly, oil rich countries, yet all that money leaving the country was supposed to be inflationary.Wife: Let's go out! Somewhere Expensive.Husband: Sure.Destination: Local Gas Station Rate this comment: 0 0
