I think I have rainbow-colored grout in my furtue -- I'm never smart/patient enough to test the paint first before letting the little ones at it. I have some bathtub paints that I haven't pulled out becuase I fear the carnage. The problem is that I'm quite sure the twins won't manage to contain themself and the paint in the tub -- the whole bathroom will end up with a bit of extra color, and perhaps some other rooms as well.

You need something to rvmoee the oil, like a standard de-greaser. Vinegar won't do that, which is why the stench is still there. Use Lestoil straight out of the bottle pour it on the spill area, and scrub with a stiff bristle brush. Rinse by soaking with HOT water, then wipe. Repeat this a couple of times, then pour non-sudsing ammonia on the spot and scrub with the bristle brush again. You may need to repeat this process a couple of times. This will NOT be as effective if you don't use a bristle brush. A sponge just isn't going to get into all the tiny spaces. You can get odorless Omega 3 capsules and avoid this problem entirely.

So the previous owner of our house had a thing for caulk and siniocle. Unfortunately, no one ever told him that there is such thing as too much of a good thing... he really went crazy with the stuff. I've spend the 6 months that we've lived here scraping it out of crevices and replacing it with the correct (aka: normal) amount. This little steamer looks like it would be the perfect thing to remove the dirty residue the caulking has left behind on our tile and linoleum surfaces. Thanks for the give away!

By :RE: I see your point, but my response is the same. A rcevoery, 12 years on, looks like you're still well in the hole compared to where you started. The U.S. will survive, rcevoery will happen, but life will be very different than it is today. First and foremost the government probably won't be there to catch you if you fall. Life will be simpler, and for many more enjoyable. We'll all do more with less. One positive change- I just read that if you have heavy debts you're 11 times more likely to experience significant back pain. That issue will be resolved for many. In the new world, if you can't save up the money and pay cash, you probably don't buy a lot of those things you have today. My only real concern about rcevoery is that it could get ugly in the cities where too many depend on the government and have little to fall back on. Did you know that 20% of the residents of L.A. county are dependent on welfare? What happens when CA and then the feds have to cut those programs?where we started is 300, not 1300. I have been talking rcevoery since august as per the US stock market. we have been talking about a rcevoery on seattlebubble for the last month or so. I don't care where we started. I care about when the rcevoery began and where we are going. I care about where we are going from there.the whole point about the maylasia is that it was worse there but they recovered off the bottom.. nobody at 300 probably ever saw a rcevoery like that to 1300. the move off the bottom was most likely improbable. if they can do it. we can do it. 1300 is water under the bridge.the gold haters always talk about 1980, but the gold bug's are talking about $250 and the giant bounce from that levels. where the high was is irrelevant. e2809cThe economic rcevoery of most of the crisis countries has been more rapid than anticipated by many observers. The pessimistic scenarios developed during the height of the problems have been avoided.e2809dsound familiar? Rate this comment: 0 0

wanted to know how to make coasters with my letofver tile! Just wanted to add that if you are using the glass tile make sure you buy UNSANDED grout so it wont scratch the tile, great idea with the cork as it will absorb water I was wondering what to use!

Ok, I read the article the flood-prone area is lahar treiarn anyway. That dam will give way like it's made of cardboard when Rainier decides it's time. Grout, or no grout. At least they are thinking about the possibility of flooding IMO there are worse things to fear. Apparently California is having some fun and games with some other elemental forces. As usual. Do the pink ponies protect us from volcanic eruption, too? Rate this comment: 0 0
